Notty is all about user support. Having said that, there are a lot more of you than there are of us. So in this spirit, please allow us some time to get back to you. We do our best to get back to everyone within 48 hours. We do treat contact requests by order of importance, so if you're wondering what our founder's favorite color is, it is going to take a bit longer than if you have a critical account question.
