About Notty

Notty is an application that allows Social Media Creators, Business Owners, Organizations (and pretty much anyone really) to share notifications they create content on other Social Media platforms or websites. Notty is free to use for everyone.

Practical Use of Notty

There are hundreds of ways that you can use Notty for yourself or your business, and we don’t plan on boring you to death with a long list, but here are a few ways Notty can make a difference in your life:

• “Recover” social media account after a hack: let’s say you have 100k followers on a social media app (YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.), and all-of-a-sudden your account gets hacked and you lose everything.
  If your those followers were also following you on Notty you could send out a notification letting them know you were hacked, that you have a new account, and give them a link to your new account.
  In this case Notty can help you rebuild that social media account and get back to normal in days rather than having to start off from scratch. This also removes the need to have one or multiple “backup” accounts.
• Cross-Over Notifications: this is one of the most powerful aspects of Notty. Let’s say you are a YouTuber trying to build your Instagram following. A common situation is to have 400k subscribers on YouTube and 50k followers on Instagram. The followers may be very different people and these two social media platforms are monetized in very different ways by Creators.
  By having your follower from YouTube and Instagram follow you on Notty, you are able to send notifications that will cross over from one platform to another. That way, in this example, followers from Instagram will be alerted when you upload new content to YouTube and vice-versa.
• Censorship Prevention: (foreword: a lot of censorship/shadowban on social media is the result of artificial intelligence making a mistake) let’s say you post content that is totally legal and legitimate but for some reason it is censored or “shadow banned” by a social media platform. Creating a notification for your post on Notty will ensure that not only your followers from the social media that tried to silence your content will see it, but also people who follow you on other platforms.
  A good example of this: a lot of fitness content creators might be mistakenly flagged by certain social media platforms as people who encourage the use of steroids when it is actually not the case. Notty can allow these creators to share their content without censorship or “throttling”.
• Newsletter: newsletter companies are great but they have all these rules and on top of that there are laws governing the sending of newsletters and sometimes it can be overwhelming. Newsletter also have a way of ending up in your subscribers’ junk folders or worse in some “newsletter” folder automatically created by your provider which your recipients may ignore altogether.
  By having your customers subscribed to your Channel on Notty, you are able to share your latest newsletter through a notification. Since Notty allows you to link your newsletter page or blog you have the flexibility of using your newsletter provider and/or a blog post on your website.
• Promotions: Notty is very powerful when it comes to advertising promotions. Using Notty, you are able to notify your customers of sales and promotions quickly and easily. All of it for free and with far less red tape than using a newsletter.
